    Looks like I stole it from someone or from a restaurant because its base has an LHS *monogram*. I'm all for branding and what not, but. I don't know if they still exist. It's kinda weird. I haven't used it yet, so I have no idea how this "LHS" is going to break. Undecided before the logo. It's just very strange. I mean WHO or WHAT is this LHS character?! Give us some background, L.     Another misinformation from the provider.

    After over an hour of searching for a non-ceramic pepper mill at Revain. I found this article. The description states that the advanced, machined, hardened "high carbon steel mechanism" instead delaminates from their layers upon grinding. But as you can see from the photo of the box it came in, it uses a ceramic sharpening mechanism. This (misinformation) happens too often to be an accident. Although the product looks like a quality pepper mill, it is not what I ordered.

    Plastic mechanism for grinding peppercorns. It will only grind the peppers, so the peppers will be very fine. So I sent it back the same day I received it. When I first opened the box, I saw plastic gears grinding. all other grinders are metal. Make very small peppers. after many turns of the shell. There is also a very small clear spacer. easy to lose. connect top to bottom. Only noticed the seal after putting the top and bottom together. I like grinding.

    Mill breaks after about 1 month

    When I received the mill, it worked perfectly. I only use it with whole black peppercorns. Initially, it offered a fast grinding ability, producing plenty of ground pepper with every turn of the head. After a month it is almost useless. No matter how I turn the metal dial at the top, only tiny pepper dust comes out when I turn the head at the bottom. To get the right amount of pepper on a plate of pasta, I have to stand and spin my head for 60 seconds, and it seems the grinding isn't really…

    We were looking for a replacement for our previous pepper mill which was similar in construction. We have had him for almost 20 years and have been very happy with him. It was an enlarged version but with the same design and materials. We liked the clean design versus wood or other opaque materials because you know exactly how much is left in the grinder.
