The shoes themselves were of a very high standard but both times I've ordered from this seller the shoes came in a ripped and torn box which makes me curious why such a great product in such disgusting packaging. A large percentage of fashion reviews are based on experience or how a person feels about it, so one crappy box can take away a lot of experience! Please use this as constructive criticism. At the same time, your shoes are stylish and very impressive.

Looks great. Good buckles. However, the outer fingers of the 14 are flattened, and I can usually wear the 13. I don't think size is a decision as they are long and a bit pointy but I hope they will be comfortable.

Very satisfied, I don't usually buy shoes online because of my wide feet. However, I was very happy when I put them on for the first time. I was on my feet for several hours and felt very comfortable in it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Buttons offer no benefit, so you'll either need to get a shoe wider than you need or a larger size. Both options are not a good option for me.

Three of the six buttons broke (two on one shoe, one on the other shoe) while trying on and walking in the shoe. Without working buttons, the shoes are too loose. Edit: The seller said they would refund my money if I changed my bad rating. These are some dark things. Revane said I could get a refund without changing my rating.

Bought for my husband as a Christmas present. Yesterday (01/21/18) he tried putting them on for the first time but found the buttons on the right shoe would not engage and one button had been completely ripped off the shoe.

I really wanted to like these shoes after seeing all the photos but they were a bit big. For me 9.5 is usually too small but this 9.5 was more like 10.5. But if I went to 9 it would be too tight for the bow. So I had to send them back.
