This slide is a disaster for industrial and scientific applications. The installation was troublesome and the quality is poor. The slide's performance is not durable and so unstable. Industrial hardware deserves better than this.

I bought this runner set at a hardware store to upgrade to soft close drawer slides for a bathroom renovation. The rear outlet is 1 3/4 inches deep. I had 1 1/2 inches of space behind the drawers. I used a bandsaw and a piece of wood to cut 5/16" of the 5 drawer slots. Now everything works great. Kitchen drawers accommodate nests and don't need to be cut.

They support the rails well but your drawer can't close past the slots so you need to have enough depth in your cabinet for the drawer plus about 2 1/2 inches extra for this one I did bought her and the slides at a local hardware store and after spending about 3 hours installing them everything worked great but the drawer wouldn't close the last 1 1/2 inches or so. Give them back. So be careful. The instructions do NOT state this limitation.
