Great brass brush. - Grills and outdoor cooking

Yes, it has a short handle, but I don't use it when the grill imitates the heart of a star. I use it before firing up the grill and when it gets hot I give it a quick tap again. After cooking and when the heat drops a little, I use a scraper and then a brush. Good until next time. I love the brass bristles and the last Libman lasted me a few years. If this one lasts that long, it will most likely outlive me.

Very good grill brush

I used a 3 inch short handled grill brush with brass bristles, can't remember how long. The bristles are so worn that the brush is no longer usable, so I reordered online. I was planning on buying Rubbermaid again until I discovered this brush with a longer handle for $3 more. After using it yesterday I can confirm this is a far superior product, the longer handle, longer bristles and larger cleaning area provide better performance; My grates are cleaner than they have been for a long time. In…

Real gas grill brush.

What should the brush be for a gas grill. Bought another brass brush from Libman, less than I thought (price was a factor). My parents owned a gas grill shop when they were kids. I always knew you were supposed to use a brass brush because it wears out, unlike the cheap steel brushes that are sold as grill brushes whose bristles break and end up in your food. We used to sell them for $4 so I looked for the original. In the end he broke down and realized that 20 years had passed and prices had…

Large brass grill brush, albeit a bit short

Stainless steel brushes came off my grill's enamel coating causing it to rust. Obviously, brass brushes don't damage the rust that much. The biggest problem is that it's hard to find brass brushes as companies switch to steel because it's cheaper. Luckily I found this brush at Revain for a good price. After a season of use I have to say that the quality of this brush is very high. My bristles didn't fall out, at least I couldn't see anything. The previous brushes rusted and lost their bristles…
