Underwhelming Performance and Quality

This board is a letdown, especially for an item in the desktops category of Computers & Tablets. The speed and functionality are mediocre at best. The hardware quality looks cheaply produced, as I faced several malfunctions over the course of a few uses.

Terrible thermal management

I would not recommend this board to anyone. Without a heatsink, the board is useless and only works when idle. If anything is running, in a few minutes the CPU will reach a maximum temperature of 105 degrees Celsius and shut down (if kill switch is supported, works with Linux 5.8.6, your mileage may vary, my board didn't burn). With heat sinks on the CPU and RAM, the temperatures still rise to around 95 degrees Celsius under load. Other similar boards from the same manufacturer, but withโ€ฆ

Easy to set up/use - perfect for a low power web server

In an effort to reduce power consumption I came across this small computer board to replace my 24/7/365 web server computer. All requirements were thus fully met. Since this is just a basic basic web server for my company's websites, I chose the H2+ (512 MB) version. The only issue I had was that although these boards claimed to be able to run the Raspbian OS, it wasn't available for the H2+ version at the time of writing this review. It was only available for the H5 version. Since I amโ€ฆ
