Excellent and reliable cross-platform media player for Linux

I have been using it since 2014, when i first released my Raspberry Pi 3 to stream games from PS4/Xbone in HD with only 1GB of RAM (not even close). It can do that now! The performance has improved so much over time too; as long you follow some simple rules like not use your computer while streaming or playing anything else at all times - otherwise latency will be terrible. Plus if there's no network connection available then things get very slow indeed. So far everything works great but…

Pros
  • Open Source
  • Simple UI&/or setup process for beginners.
  • Great stability & good support by devs through forum threads / bug reports etc.etc..)
  • Excellent hardware decoding capabilities due 2 custom builds designed specifically around ARM CPU architecture used within their OS instead Android TV boxes made up mostly about Intel Atom processors(1x2GHz Celeron N3050) hence lack such capability compared o them
Cons
  • Not bad

Linux OS for streaming media devices such

I like using it very much since its quite easy to install, not too heavy in terms of requirements unlike most other linux distros that require more power than your average PC or laptop can provide (my computer's specs are as follows - RAM 3 GB; Processor 2x Intel Celeron N3050 @ 1GHz), plus you do gain access almost immediately after opening from downloading, so far there isn't anything i dislike about this software at all really! If only they had an option where we could have our own…

Pros
  • Great user interface
  • Easy installation process for newbies without going into deep technical stuff.
  • Allows users full control over what hardware is being used.
  • Does work great even though im lacking enough performance capabilities due lack high end specification such processors etc
Cons
  • Lack certain tools required
  • Not flexible regarding choices available

Lightweight OS for all types: LibreELEC

I like that this distro runs very fast, it's great to use in my Raspberry Pi with XBMCbuntu or other software running at full speed without lagging! It also has an easy installation process which makes things easier than some of the others out there such as RasPlexOS etc.. There are not many new features but everything works fine so far (for example you can't install different themes). If someone wants something light weight they should try LXDE because if you want more performance go ahead and

Cons
  • It is hard to say
