Good quality, good price!

I've been using this brand of wild salmon oil for about a year, I have it on my subscription and I'm saving so it's even a little cheaper. I have now 8 dogs of various combinations aka mutants all rescued and some with special needs. This is a high quality wild salmon oil, I keep a gallon jar in the supplies fridge and fill a smaller pump bottle which I also keep in the fridge. Dogs love it and I find it helps with skin and joint problems. Always seems to arrive fresh, keeps well in the fridge,

Great coat addition at a reasonable price

Found this at a reasonable price so was wondering how well it would work. I had my Corgi puppy for about 2 weeks. First of all, it has no unpleasant fishy smell. It only smells like oil. Second, my dog loves the taste. Finally, after only 2 weeks of use, he has stopped scratching, his coat is now smooth with a soft undercoat and the top coat is shiny. That's exactly the kind of hair a Corgi should have, but it's hard to come by in South Florida. I also have my 12 year old corgi. Despite the…

Save money, buy this. It's just as good

This gallon bottle lasted me almost 1 year. I'm currently considering ordering again and it's been 11 months (I like to book in advance as I'm worried about running out of things). Note: The 66 oz and 128 oz bottles DO NOT come with a cool non-drip silicone dispenser. Smaller amounts only. Solution: Buy big, bottle smaller. Or buy a large one and put it in a dispenser bottle. All this time I kept it in my pantry (not in the fridge). This amount is spent very quickly, and the cost is increasing…

Puppy doesn't like it and is ineffective :(

I used to use a more expensive brand and my dog liked it and had noticeable improvements. I had to try this life line salmon oil because what: 1. He had great reviews.. 2. Due to the pandemic I am currently unemployed and have to be more mindful of the budget.I want to put my dog on the knees as lightly as possible and let him live his last few years healthy and happy as much as possible. Very disappointing that he doesn't find this brand appetizing. But I was still hoping it would be effective

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Price that will bust the piggy bank

Massive but for massive dogs so it works

This bottle will last us a long time; I bought the largest size. I really wish there was a smaller pump bottle that you could refill. I use a different brand of fish oil pump bottles that I used before purchasing and I'm glad I saved. Fat from wild Alaskan fish stinks. That means both of my pit bulls love it. Our vet recommended them to include fish oil in their diet to support the joints and to treat a cruciate ligament rupture in one of my boys. Its mobility has improved a lot in the last few

Didn't work for our Rottweilers, went back to Grizzly Salmon Oil

We have been using Grizzly Salmon Oil on our Rottweilers for years and it has helped them get rid of itchy and dry skin. Grizzly then switched to Pollock Oil and although we were skeptical we tried it and it worked for us. As always, Grizzly products don't come cheap, so we found Life Line Pollock Oil to be a much cheaper alternative. Well, just a few days after moving to Life Line, our rottweilers turned into itchy, munching, and licking machines. We literally yelled at them every few minutes…

  • Some Cons

I recommend a fish oil treatment for dogs with itchy skin, a dull coat, lots of dandruff or excessive shedding. We have 3 dogs - 2 Labish mixes and a Shepard and hardly any shedding! Just like our 5 cats. When we bring in a new pet, the difference in coat quality is obvious at first, but after a few weeks of taking fish oil, they take on the glossy appearance of their new housemates. This is the cheapest way to supplement my three dogs' diets. This bottle will live forever. My dogs and cats…

Great product, now with improved shipping packaging!

I have purchased this product several times for my gold mix. We love liquid because it's incredibly good at extracting pills (even small pieces of pills) from any environment we want to hide them in (pill bags, cheese, peanut butter, whatever, once we've tried). The liquid makes it very easy to mix with food and she LOVES it, not to mention it has greatly improved her coat and reduced itching and skin irritation to almost nothing. She's 12 now, so she definitely started developing a dry…
