Has been holding the glass portion of the trunk of a 2009 Honda Pilot with his head for the last 6 years. I wish I knew it was that easy to install and at a very low price. Went like clockwork!

Replacement stands fit perfectly! They were easy to install but you need a helper to hold the glass. Have a rag handy to wipe down old shelves or wear gloves or your hands will get very dirty.

Complete replacement took about 10 minutes and was very easy. The only downside was that they appeared to be a little beefier than the stock models and shot through the glass fairly quickly.

All good - quick installation as other reviewers have noted. The old support legs are removed by loosening the semicircular bracket at the installation site. New ones are installed by simply pressing down on the mounting point - start at the bottom of the receiver as it's easier to squeeze the stand together, then attach the top.

What's not to like, it installed in 2 minutes, works fine and is really cheap. I hope they last, I've had factory ones for 8 years. The labels on the pair have different colors e.g. a gray and a blue, so they appear to be different part numbers even though they come together.

They were sooo easy to install on our 2012 Honda Pilot. Our teenage daughter watched the video and exchanged these racks in about 3 minutes. The dealer wanted to charge over $400 to replace all 4 pillars (windows and sunroof). Taking into account the free labor of teenagers, the total cost of all four works was about $70. They came with great written instructions and a link to a video. Now the tailgate no longer hits us on the head when loading groceries there!
