Light Bulb Whirlpool Microwave Dimmable Review

This product was delivered a day earlier than promised. It fit and worked perfectly. Installation took less than 5 minutes. I can't say anything about durability at the moment. Two bulbs for under $5 seems like good value. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought 2 packs and 1 arrived broken. The thread is broken and very thin. I'm surprised the other actually survived and is still working. Apparently, a very small vibration and the thread will break. Didn't bother going back as I'll probably be replacing the whole microwave soon. I'm just waiting for offers.

What can I say, it's a light bulb. The installation is standard, the bulb works. The only thing I wish they hadn't come in multipacks. How often do you have to change the lightbulb above the stove? Now I have to save another one - and consider I'll have it in a few years when I need to replace it again 🤔

I have a microwave with a GE Semless cooktop. You need to open the door, open the filter door at the top front, take out the filter, unscrew the panel, slide the panel and the lightbulb is under the removed panel. It's a bottleneck, so small hands are best. WARNING Unplug the microwave before screwing in the light bulb. Provided the lighting works properly. So no complaints yet.

The light in my microwave above the oven recently went out. I use the light a lot when I'm cooking and when I just need some light in the kitchen. I assumed this bulb would be easy to replace at my local hardware store, but I was wrong. So glad I was able to order online and it came with 2 bulbs so I have an extra just in case. It fits perfectly in the socket and has dim/high mode and off. So far, so good!

Once I installed the bulb, it lit for a second and then went out. Inside it has a completely milky white film. The second seems ok. I just installed it yesterday, I hope it lasts a long time. Now I'm still in a position with no replacement. and I paid for 2 and actually only got 1. Added note: I have since heard from the seller who asked me to delete my negative comment and said they will give me a $6.88 credit.
