Works great no problem

Works great. Running this on my Raspberry Pi from a digital PWM pin drives a dimmable LED lightbulb. My only wish would be that they could make the board smaller, but I don't blame them.

Pros
  • AC Phase Control Circuit (Dimmer Circuit) / home automation, school projects, work related projects. Plus can be used as a normal RELAY
Cons
  • Neutral

Works great, no problems

Works great. Running this on my Raspberry Pi from a digital PWM pin drives a dimmable LED lightbulb. My only wish would be that they could make the board smaller, but I don't blame them.

Pros
  • Computers and accessories
Cons
  • Some bugs

Easy to use, careful PCB design safe yet reliable. Gently reduces the stress on the bulb with an asynchronous PWM signal (no need for zero crossing detection and direct triac control). I am using this module to power a 30 watt load of small light bulbs in a rain gauge. The heat from the bulbs is used to melt the snow, whereas a rain gauge would only be covered with snow. This little module works great controlled by the Raspberry Pi's PWM output. The PCB design is solid and clean. The high…

I can't find words to describe how amazing this is!

Pretty straightforward. On the low voltage side you have 5V/3.3V inputs, ground and a PWM signal, on the high voltage side you have an AC input and an AC load, both with the correct labels (Live and Neutral). You plug everything into the appropriate input, THEN turn on the AC circuit (safety first, kids!). Once the board detects the DC circuit (your GPIO pins are properly connected), all the frequency LEDs will flash while the AC power is off. Once your AC circuit is fully and properly…
