My Shimano Flight Deck SC-6501 wireless cadence and speed measurements did not work when this indicator was on. I couldn't separate them far enough for this to work. Also, the strobe effect isn't bright enough to be seen in daylight. I've got the lights back and am trying to find something bright enough for daytime use without interfering with my computer.

As with my other lights and motion lights, it's bright and the battery lasts a long time, especially at the lowest brightness level (which is still bright enough to be seen). But when the bike was pushed over the gravel, the handle would slip, throwing the light to the ground. When I tried to pull it out again, the flashlight just detached from the strap and it looked like it couldn't be put back on. As cheap as any other Light and Motion lights have come to me (and I've had over 10 of them).

I initially gave this review 3 stars because I thought the light would not turn on after a full charge. It turns out they come with the light blocked and to unlock the light you have to hold both buttons on top for 4 seconds. /Disconnect batteries. I bought a few of these and use them on my daily commute to work. They have incredible performance for high speed freeway driving in total darkness, especially when I have 2 overlapping light fields.
