My dog, an 11 year old Shih Tzu who weighs 5kg, only goes out in a bag. It was a warm day when she put it on for the first time, but she really liked this sling because its material, which is very different from her other bags, is light and breathable. The bag has a thick, soft and very comfortable strap. I also like its soft bottom which supports it while keeping the bag light. The best part is that her dad even looks good wearing her in it!

We have two little puppies who need to stay small enough to use these slings even when they grow up. This summer they are warm enough for dogs to wear, but we use them to carry treats, water and other puppy training essentials. This sling is perfect for snuggling my adult blind dog to me while I go about my business. I wear it (and she!) at home and outside too. It weighs about 12 pounds so fits in so comfortably. I really wanted to like this bag but it just isn't comfortable for me. The belt lifts up the side of my neck, pressing against the carotid artery and causing a headache. The stitching is frayed at the top edge where it hasn't penetrated the fabric. When closed, I can sew by hand, but I don't have to.
