🔧 Original Lincoln Magnum 100L K530-5 Replacement Welding Gun Torch - 100A, 10ft, 100 Amp, K530-5 Review

It works amazingly like a new welder. The only downside was that the trigger wire was short, I had to make a couple of extension cords to make it work.

After being offered $260 for a replacement at my local welding supply store, I found this one. Functionally identical to the original, I've blown a coil and a half .035 flux core with absolutely flawless performance. Incredible value, appears to be well made and for the price you can't go wrong.

The inner diameter of the umbilical cord appears to be slightly larger than the original, allowing a larger diameter wire to be used. The outer rubber is not as thick as the original, but the tips are replaceable and present. 30 years later, Lincoln has no orig. Spare parts for this welder but it has served me well. The plastic of the handle doesn't seem to be as durable as the original. Time will tell if this gun/tour and parts will hold up.

Like a question was "How do I adapt 2-wire connections?" My original gun on the HD140 has a pin connector." My Lincoln Electric 140HD also has a 2 pin connector. The wire connection reaction means I have to cut two connectors to make the connection. If the gun doesn't work later I can return them unmodified. Unacceptable. Also, splicing wires is Mickey Mouse crap.

I had problems with my last welding project due to poor torch condition on my Lincoln welder. This new flashlight arrived a few days ago and I had a chance to use it this weekend. I first bought it for a Lincoln Sp-125 plus welder. It fits exactly and all the hooks match the original. The only complaint I have is that the trigger is a little touchy. I have big hands and need to keep my hands off him when wearing gloves. You click it and it works, otherwise it works great and fits well, it seems well made. For the price I would buy again.

I could rate this MIG Torch higher but ran into some issues with the nozzle which was so tightly threaded that it couldn't be separated from the diffuser to access to get contact tip. I thought about sending the unit back but decided to cut the nozzle off with my Dremel tool as I don't gas weld, so ruining the nozzle wasn't a huge loss. need a nozzle, i can use the old one from my original mig gun. Bought for my old Lincoln Pro-Core 100, the old gun wires in the cables broke down over time from flexing. There was a Weller gun/cable. The new block didn't come with any instructions that I saw, but it's easy to understand.
