Failed Expectations with Linear Motion Product

When I tried this product it proved to be a complete disappointment .The build quality was subpar and it failed to meet expectations. The print quality was not consistent and the customer service was lacking..

No instructions or bent parts.

No instructions but someone can figure it out from the renders/photos. I tried both sides individually and both were smooth, then I put them together and when I moved the z/x lever up and down with no z-bar attached. It would be very rude to move up and down to indicate something is wrong. Of course, I removed one side from the PSU and left the other attached, and the arm was bent towards the frame on the other side with no room for linear routing between them.
