Update 04/01/2021: I'm trying to get to a meeting in the morning and trying to put on my headphones and bam as usual. One side of the headphones just came out. This is downgraded to 1 star. This cannot happen after 2 months of use. upset. Unfortunately, the return period has expired. Pros: Good headphones, good sound quality, long cable, connection methods. Disadvantages: uncomfortable for a long time.

Link Dreams was just what I needed for my home office. I've tried so many headsets, speakers, and microphones to get good call quality. Although now the search is over. In my experience, a wired connection is more secure and comes with cable guides to minimize the risk of tripping. The interface is simple and intuitive, the sound is great, and the noise-cancelling microphone has received rave reviews from everyone who attends my regular online meetings :)

Bad sound quality. If you're playing games and need to hear where something is in the game, you can't do that. This headset looks very nice and comfortable. The mic is excellent and if you just need to hear people talking during calls and meetings this is a fantastic headset for the job but it falls short for anything that requires good sound.

I bought it partly to record voice for instructional videos, but the quality of the voice is too "fuzzy" to record clearly. My only real complaint is that the mic doesn't fold with the rest of the headset, so it's a bit awkward when the headset is folded. The rest is fantasy.

Adjustable headband provides good comfort. The adjustable position and angle of the microphone ensure good outgoing voice sound. Incoming audio is crisp and clear - perfect for Zoom meetings or phone calls. I would buy again.

Sound is excellent unless you are looking for something with speakers and bass system. The noise canceling function works like a boss. It's convenient, flexible, and very no-nonsense. The microphone is clean. No cracking. With the TV on, most people couldn't hear much unless the microphone was pointed in the direction of the TV. Just bend it well and you're good to go.

I used these headphones for call center work. They are great and reduce outside noise so I can focus on my calls. There were no complaints from customers during use. I like the fact that they fold for easy storage and the sound quality is good. I expect it to last as it feels sturdy unlike others I've had.
