Great product. It was as it should be except for the cable (telephone jack) to connect the phone. I called support and they sent it back a few days later. The reason for the 3 stars is that I received the wrong cable, took 3 days to get a new cable in the mail (when I originally paid for 2 day shipping) and waited over a week for the correct one. So I'll have to disassemble the device to add the correct cable when it finally arrives.
