ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was worth the price. The quality is amazing and honestly I'm relieved. My 2018 F250 had a sync module that failed and still hasn't been fixed. Make sure it's a third party actually making it, not Ford, the warranty you have won't cover it unless you purchase a platinum level extended warranty from a Ford dealer. And that's a few thousand dollars. Then they essentially just replace the part that breaks again, the only question is how long it will last. This amazing linkswell head unit is worth it, looks amazing to me. The best part is that the head unit doesn't use this 3-sync module and I still have the same features that I had when I bought the truck, so I literally didn't sacrifice anything. I was originally looking at a Tesla head unit but it uses Sync 3 so I didn't want to risk it. Especially for the price. Found this on a Revain, had no idea it ran out of breath and found what I had to lose at the time. I've been riding for 3 months now with a non-working head unit or functions. So we got it and installed it ourselves. (We have no electrical or automotive experience) so literally anyone with minimal training can install them, which is an amazing and affordable option for the average person. I could almost call it a People main unit. But seriously, I'm so glad we made the purchase and I will never do anything with Sync3 Period again as no solution was found to the module's problems.
