Don't waste your money on this system. They will permanently reboot the system as it doesn't work. It's too late for me to go back, but look elsewhere!

Absolute scrap. I have a 2000 square foot house and after buying 3 of them my wifi was still patchy throughout the house. Then I ordered another 3. Bad mistake. The product is junk, Linksys knows it's junk and automatically starts showing me the steps to restart. Literally every 6 have to be restarted weekly. Each reset takes at least 15 minutes per device. I've spent so much time trying to get this horrible product to work as intended. Don't waste money.

It was a little difficult to add to my Linksys AC6000 router. I received excellent online chat support from Linksys. I'm glad I contacted them because I didn't realize it takes 3-5 minutes after adding each module to get it working. The first night I did this I thought I made a mistake when the lights on the devices turned from blue to red. I turned everything off and tried again the next morning. This is a great product that works very well! I have 3 nodes in my two story house and all areas were covered with low latency as expected. The key to a good internet connection is not only good speed, but also low latency. The Linksys Velop does this job very effectively.

Do not believe the positive reviews about this product. The Wi-Fi signal is boosted, but it doesn't improve performance or speed. In addition, it will randomly disconnect from the main router and you will have to spend a lot of time trying to reconnect. On a positive note, the support staff are friendly and helpful.

The product arrived in its original packaging and was opened, unsealed because the item was used and then returned as new. Very disappointed because I had to wait almost two weeks to get these wifi extenders. I can't even use them because there are NO INSTRUCTIONS! The item will be returned and I better get my full $200+ back.

Setup was easy; Download the app and follow the simple instructions to add one module at a time. I use(d) a module on each of the three floors. Wi-Fi is much slower than expected hence the title given. The modules could not be connected via a wired connection (maybe because I have a different Wi-Fi as the primary (tech support is unaware of this).
