I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

Bought over six months ago. Version v3.03.6 No complaints so far! Works great with 2COM! Accordingly, Corbina should also work. Before that, there was an SMC Barricade from the USA, but this is complete and a complete glitch (although I might have come across one) Has pros: price quality! work stability! clear settings interface! Has cons: Industrial design for offices (although many people like it for its aggressiveness)

It is impossible to use, a bad product.

Set it up the other day at work. I got ver.7 - even on the manufacturer's website there is no firmware, it is completely stripped down. I found firmware 7.09 only on the British site - only after flashing it allowed me to get automatic settings for PPTP connections, with native 7.01 ONLY DHCP works! Even after flashing a glitch - network settings are captured only after at least once a successful PPTP connection. Those. if the denyushka on the account has ended -> there is no VPN connection…

Pros
  • 1. Proud inscription Cisco 2. Design evokes a sense of stability and coolness 3. Quite a convenient menu, if only all the functions worked as they should)))
Cons
  • I agree with the previous review - Either DHCP or VPN works. Those. with PPTP, he definitely needs to drive in a static IP, gateway, etc. - automatically with ver.7 he can't! L2TP in the same trash. This means that an ISP like Corbin is on the sidelines until you find firmware 7.09.

Total disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality test!!!

For a long time I tried to set up the declared VPN support (PPPtP). Spent a few evenings but failed. Gave those. provider support, yj they also failed in 2 weeks. As a result, I gave it to a friend who was able to set it up (he has ADSL). But he is also dissatisfied with the reliability of the device and is going to return it to me :( I ended up taking the Asus WL-520gc, which I was able to set up in 2 minutes.

Pros
  • Not detected:(
Cons
  • Cumbersome, very inconvenient setup interface. I never set it up because of the VPN. I gave it to a friend, he set it up, but he had to restart it once a day.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I say right away that I work only with these models, since they have proven themselves well in terms of such parameters as service life, signal stability and non-buggy. At the expense of setting, if someone's hands from Zh. grow, then there are purely personal problems of these people. Very convenient and intuitive web interface. I set it up for several Hong Kong providers without problems. PPtP is supported and works without glitches. How people set it up with ADSL is a mystery to me, this is…

Pros
  • Ease of setup, reliability, reasonable price.
Cons
  • Not very pretty, uncomfortable to hang on the wall, pretty overall.

Unsatisfactory, upset by this product.

It is possible to make this device work properly with VPN (pptp, pppoe for carbine, starnet, etc.). To do this, you need to install the left firmware, and therefore: rub stability and guarantee. And yes, it's not a pleasant job. The settings are really quite confusing. Hangs under prolonged heavy load. The rest is a perfectly working device. As a conclusion: I use it as an access point. For such a price, unjustified luxury, isn't it?)

Pros
  • you can disable NAT, wide functionality.
Cons
  • High price, incorrect VPN operation, inconvenient management. Hangs under heavy load.

Good value for money, I recommend.

Used for home network. I liked the admin panel, the network started up with a half-kick (dedicated with DHCP). When the channel is heavily loaded. The router hung about every 20 hours. At some point, with active Wi-Fi, it went into a cyclic reboot, but then it suddenly stopped. In general, I liked the device, it is suitable for a regular home network. Different pros: Convenient and functional admin panel, stable operation at light loads, powerful enough wifi. Some cons: Unstable operation at…

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I stayed with me for 3 years, once I set it up and forgot it, I didn’t even change the firmware. Only occasionally climbed into the admin panel to throw through the ports. For the past few months, it has been steadily holding a return of 20 Mbps 24/7 through 10 meters and a wall - and this is a very decent speed. I just hit the ceiling of its bandwidth, the provider gives more, so I'm thinking of buying something from the 8022022n series. I'm very afraid to get something less stable, because…

Pros
  • user-friendly interface stability ease of setup
Cons
  • already low speed

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

I had the 7th version until I installed the Europe region, I could not find a new firmware. Everyone who flies - look at the IP lease time in the settings - the default is 1 day, change to the maximum value. Not all Wi-Fi devices are correct distributes Amazon, is installed manually on the device, I did not receive the PDA Amazon (we ask the provider) Pros: Brand ! Reliability, stability of work, does not heat up. Value for money - quality. Has some cons The menu is in English, the support site

Little thing, BIG hit!

This Linksys Wireless-G Router is easy to install and easy to use! This is my first time entering the "wireless world" and I'm very nervous about how this is all going to work. But this router comes with a step-by-step CD that makes it so easy that a newbie like me had it up and running in no time! In addition, the Linksys technical support people are great. Are you saying that she already needed technical support? After all, how good can this router be? But the thing is, you'll most likely…

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons

Works even with WIN 98 First Edition (and XP)

I bought a Linksys G-Kit - router, PCI card and card for my laptop. Here is my hardware setup. :Machine 1: WIN 98, first edition; 400MHz PII, lots of RAM; DesktopMachine 2: WIN 98 First Edition; 233MHz, moderate RAM; Desktop computer 3: WIN 2000; lots of speed and RAM; LaptopRouter: Great product. I hooked it up to machine 1 and it was up and running in under 5 minutes, including the hardware. I did NOT use the supplied software, but configured the router via the web interface. This is the key.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Contact seller

Difficult setup if you have a Mac, but not impossible

If you purchase this product and are using a Mac, please discard the CD and go directly to online support on the Linksys website. I recently purchased a Linksys WRT54G router and am very happy with the router itself. I use Mac OSX and while I contemplated getting Apple's full Airport setup, the cost difference between the Airport and the latest Linksys left little to nothing no comparison to. (The airport was more than twice the size of the Linksys router.) HOWEVER, setting up my system and…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
