Unmatched softness and texture!

The Lion Brand Stonewashed yarn is simply amazing. Based on our own experience, this yarn is one of the softest and coziest we’ve ever worked with. The stonewashed texture gives our projects a unique and trendy look that we love. The color selection is perfect and the yarn works up beautifully. However, the only downside is that the yarn can be on the pricier side compared to other yarns in the same category.

Pros
  • Beautiful stonewashed look that adds texture and dimension to any project.
Cons
  • Slightly more expensive than some other yarn brands on the market.

Soft and comfortable for winter

With some types of home-spun yarn, it can be difficult to determine the color scheme. It's mainly gray and forest green with some taupe. I like to knit with home spun yarn on 10 needles. Don't go crazy with this color scheme.

Pros
  • Knitting and Crochet
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

The quality has changed a lot

I was given this yarn to complete the color on the quilt I am making and this skein was significantly lower quality than the previous skeins, that I have used. It was much thinner and less fluffy as well as less soft. It feels a lot rougher than the rest of the blanket. Being less fluffy makes my knit look looser, but I used the same knitting needles. Also, the color doesn't even match the previous strands, so it just looks awful. I don't know if it was made by a different manufacturer than…

Pros
  • Yarn
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen
