Sturdy with 2 handles on each blade had an old pair for 30 years they work great with all but the big filters I think 4.5. I wish they were a little bigger, like 5.5.

Good general purpose oil filter pliers. Not suitable for diesel oil filters. I recommend buying one with a different angle, one longer than the other handle for that use. But everything around it works for most filters.

The best oil filter pliers you will have. 90% of the other manufacturers produce pliers at an angle. Why would you want to do that? Was going to buy the blue dot truck version but then found this one and it's the same jaw angle I need to change oil filters on a Maserati GT. Thanks!

If you change your own oil in a small fleet, you need a good oil filter wrench. So far these pliers have worked great. I used to swear and fuss when trying to unscrew the oil filters and this wrench saves me the hassle of removing the filters. It's way better than a strap wrench or trying to use that little hex head on the filter itself. Good product!

I work in a busy auto repair shop. It has become a popular oil filter pliers in my shop. They are really great and they do their job very well. They are well made, easy to use and work great with most car oil filters. Their length and angled head really shine on hard-to-reach filters (where others don't work). I use them daily and highly recommend them. For me it was money very well spent.

Great tool. This is by far my favorite oil filter wrench. I work at a Honda dealership and they can take any filter off. Some filters are a problem because of the angle, but about 80% of them can be solved easily. I would recommend it to anyone who changes their oil daily. It's good for home use too, just make sure your filter isn't in a hard-to-reach spot. This tool is a bit tedious and cannot be used for all filters.
