I have seen impact drills that have been used for a while and when my son burned my 40 year old handyman drill I decided to replace it with one. I also have other Ryobi one+ products so I was just looking at Ryobi products. From what I could read online this product was discontinued but the contractors were not happy with the replacement. Because of that I bought it. I haven't used it yet, but it seems like good practice. It appears to be a discontinued product as I looked for a PDF manual onβ¦

Used this drill after a 4 year old died. I used it to drill 4 holes in brick for faucets, 6 holes in 1/4" steel plate. That's all. I got to the 5th hole in steel plate and it just stopped doing anything. Didn't get hot ,never got wet.that a BRAND NEW drill would die like that I went and bought another from the great store they carry to finish the job.I was talking on the phone on the way to the store and kept hearing hisses and pops .Then I felt it!You know that smell when you smell it.When Iβ¦
