The bottom strap that should go to the top bar and attach is at the bottom of the bag. The top bar must be 4 inches in diameter for the attached strap to work. I had to knit a piece of pool noodle and then tie it. It's still too big so I just tied it up to get it over with. I can't use the iPhone8 because the button at the bottom of the phone doesn't respond to my touch even though the screen does. It's useless if the bottom button doesn't respond.

Bag well made, zipper can be tight. BUT it does NOT sit upright on my handlebars so every time I open and close it it's all trying to fall out. I try to use it as a snack bag when we're biking in the park, but the snacks literally fall out of the bag when I try to load it and then when we try to put the snack away in the park. everything falls out. It literally hangs forward and throws everything out when you unzip it.

I ordered it on April 22nd and it arrived on June 15th. Insanity. More importantly, the straps are not intended for use on the handlebars. These are Velcro that should curl up and stick together, but they are too long. If you pull them tight enough to hold the bag firmly in place, they barely reach the matching Velcro. The bag is quite well made and the insulation lasts well for several hours as I used it with a small ice pack. The big exceptions are weak attachment straps/buckles and their location. It's definitely painful to tie her to anything. Surely the pictures with the bag mounted in front of the handlebars are a hoax as EVERY new bike has a lot of cables running in all directions in front of the handlebars.
