These baskets are the perfect size and fit for everyday use. You carry my jacket, padlock and chain, first aid kit, first aid kit, gloves, masks, lunch and more. I'm not worried about toe bumps and the straps are secure.

Should have listened to other reviews. This thing had no QA or QC. The top straps were sewn on incorrectly and were therefore virtually useless. I was hoping I could use the side velcro straps. But one of those straps had Velcro sewn on with the hairy side down, so that didn't work either.

Useless. Each clasp of the product is sewn incorrectly as shown in the photo. The buckle should be sewn on, not the clasp. Bad quality control. Tired of trying to make other people's mistakes work. They just start sending back faulty goods. Someone needs to relearn the technique of sewing. There is no repeat order.

Very cheaply made. A bike rack mounting system is not possible, at least not without instructions. I assembled the system by gluing the ribbons together. There wasn't enough length to tie and there was no Velcro at the rear attachment point. I added a stiffening board to each bag to keep them from bending at the spokes. Looking at this, you might think that the inner walls of the bag are strong enough not to bend or hit the wheels, but NO. This bag is practically useless as it only bends at the corners and drags behind the wheels. The bike duster frame is useless to prevent this. There are also velcro loops that should be attached to something for stability, but they are completely in the wrong place and there is no way to attach them. Excellent baskets, especially for city trips when space is limited. Of course, there are many other panniers that hold a lot more stuff, like camping gear, groceries, and a week's worth of clothing, but they're bulky and put a lot of weight on the bike. They are perfect for commutes, short trips, picnics and the like.
