The Lloyd Mats Black mats did not live up to my expectations. Automotive enthusiasts like myself expect quality products that enhance the look and feel of our cars, but these were a letdown. Through trial and error, I found that the fit was not quite right for my Mustang, leaving gaps that allowed dirt and debris to sneak underneath. On the plus side, the mats looked nice at first glance. Unfortunately, their lack of functionality outweighed their aesthetic appeal.

These floor mats are too big for a 1990 Mustang. Also, 1990's Mustangs don't have buckles to hold them in place, but these floor mats have holes on the driver's mat for that. So don't be fooled. These floor mats will never fit a 1990 Mustang and the manufacturer should have known about it. But in order to save money, attempts were made to make the carpet "universal”. Very dubious advertising and not entirely true. I am returning them for a refund and will not fall for false Lloyds advertising…

They go very well with my 1983 Mustang. See photos. The package includes clips that screw into the existing rug and provide hooks to hold the rugs in place. Personally I think this is a great feature as my old carpets used to slip out of place. Very well put together, I get a lot of comments on the logo. I will say that the front mats fit better than the rear mats which seemed a bit big to me. It still works great and I rarely have anyone in the back seat of this car.
