Assortment of 16 coolant hose nozzles. Connects to Loc-Line modular hose and fittings. Acetal copolymer plastic has an orange color, resists corrosion and moisture, and can be used with acetone, alcohol, ethyl, greases, oils, commercial dish detergents, gasoline, lacquer solvents, and sodium hydroxide. Maximum operating temperature of 170 degrees F. Meets NSF/ANSI standards 14, 51, and 61 for drinking (potable) water.

Fantastic Cutting Tool Coolant!

As an industrial professional, I always look for high-quality cutting tool coolants. According to my experience with a particular brand, I can say that the Loc Line Coolant Component is one of the best tools that I have used so far.It keeps the cutting tool cool and extends its lifespan. The Acetal Copolymer formula makes the coolant compatible with most cutting tools. Plus it's easy to install. The only downside I noticed is that, at times, it can be a bit difficult to adjust the flow rate of…

So many options but the wide fan was the winner

On our lathe the wide fan was the winner. We had issues with the stock nozzles not covering the full range of our tools and planned to use multiple barrels/nozzles, but when positioned correctly the wide fan covers our most common ones and we've never had to readjust.
