Great Platform For Accessing Public Insolvency Data

The ease in accessing data that is otherwise difficult to access using other means (i.e., Google Search API). Also, it's very easy for non-technical users to use this tool without having any programming knowledge. I think that some UI enhancements can be made to make this platform more user friendly. Selligent Insights provides great analytics and reporting capabilities

The UI is extremely intuitive for any novice user to understand. Also it's easy to integrate with other tools we use as well as our CRM system. I wish they had more ways to categorize results in different formats (i.e., alphabetical or numerical format). It would be helpful to see what keywords are showing up at various levels within each category. We have used this tool before but were not able to find some results that showed up using their search engine. This has allowed us to pinpoint those

Great way of understanding user behaviour and improving your services

I love how easy it is for my team - no coding required! It's also great that we can run our model in real time as well so there isn't any lag between when an update happens versus what appears online at some point later (which sometimes takes hours).
