What I love best about this jug is the spout lid is VERY difficult to open. Forget the kids, strong muscular men will fight! I scraped the inside of the hole a bit (see photo). This makes opening and closing much easier. When placed upside down it drips a few drops so it's no longer 100% waterproof but to me it's the lesser of two evils. If you want both - 100% waterproof and gorilla hands-free opening - look elsewhere.

Was looking for a water container for my fridge that was no larger than 10 inches and was BPA free. out of hand Hinged lid stays securely closed until opened Very easy to open when you know you're pushing the top rather than trying to push the top of the frame So far I'm very happy with my purchase. Totally recommend if you need a small water/juice container.

The two main issues I've noticed with this jug are: 1) Liquid bubbles/splashes when the jug is full. It gets a little messy if you're not careful. And 2) The handle is not very comfortable to hold, especially when the pitcher is full. A more massive grip could probably make this a lot more comfortable. 2 liters / 2 quarters of water weighs about 4 pounds, so the handle needs to be designed so it doesn't cut your hand when all the weight is there. This pen is not perfect. I probably wouldn't buy

I love that this 3 liter jug has a really secure lid and is so easy to clean! The lid is really great; There are two flanges on each side that the cover hooks onto, making it very secure. The nose is securely fixed; If you have problems with your hands, it may be impossible to open them. But I wanted two 3 liter jugs that would fit in my fridge door. This jug has a narrow (long and narrow) foot, which I see would be an advantage in some situations, but unfortunately not for me. Two of them…
