The two main issues I've noticed with this jug are: 1) Liquid bubbles/splashes when the jug is full. It gets a little messy if you're not careful. And 2) The handle is not very comfortable to hold, especially when the pitcher is full. A more massive grip could probably make this a lot more comfortable. 2 liters / 2 quarters of water weighs about 4 pounds, so the handle needs to be designed so it doesn't cut your hand when all the weight is there. This pen is not perfect. I probably wouldn't buy it again, but it works well enough to keep.
