Perfect Fit for my CAT Engine!

Using this product, our automotive team found that the locking fuel cap provided a perfect fit for our Caterpillar engine. The high quality construction has held up well under heavy use and is a great addition to our replacement parts selection. The only downside is the initial cost, but the durability makes it a worthwhile investment in the long run.

Pros
  • Prevents unauthorized access to fuel and reduces risk of fuel theft.
Cons
  • Requires additional time and effort to unlock and lock the fuel cap, which can be inconvenient in a fast-paced work environment.

Ideal for replacement parts

Works just as well as the original cat caps. I just wish they put an 8 inch cable in there so it doesn't get run over if the staff forgot to put it back on after refueling.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Looked fine for a while but turned out to be rubbish.

Worked great for about 13 months. I filled up my skid steer loader today and the cap fell apart, the center went into the fuel tank, now my fuel gauge is not working. Now I have to remove the tank to push the center out to get my fuel gauge working again. Purchased in November 2017, today is January 2019.

Pros
  • Lid
Cons
  • Expensive
