Likely to work with the Lodge Pro-Logic Condiment Cast Iron Skillet, a modern design 10" cast iron skillet with an assist handle. I have a Misen Dutch Oven and use it as a stove top fryer. Such a long heating of the oil renders the pens unusable without any protection.
