price per dollar!

I have used this product a number of times from roasting vegetables to baking macaroni and cheese and other dishes. Great addition to my cast iron cookware!

Why haven't you bought this yet?!

Why haven't I had any of these?! The color is deep and beautiful. It's heavy, but not difficult to handle. Crumbs and cobblers come out perfectly. Cast iron retains heat, so it holds heat longer. Love it.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I'm nervous

Universal for casseroles

What a lovely casserole. Just perfect for stove and oven. Manufactured with quality. The heat is distributed evenly and cleans perfectly. We have a small oven (our main oven doesn't work) and it fits in well and works like a charm. I will be buying more of these soon.

Pros
  • Everything is in order!
Cons
  • Negative impression

Love Lodge on Bakers & Casseroles

This is a great addition to my cast iron Lodge collection. Works perfectly. Can be used on the stove and then transferred to the oven. Easy to clean. Like the weight. I had to bite the bullet when purchasing this as it is made in China and not in the US like other Lodge products. But an exception was made for price, utility and desirability.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Poor set

Competitors Le Creuset much cheaper

LOVE this and my two other Lodge enamelled cast iron cookware. I have a Le Creuset pan and was hoping to add a few more if money allows, but I managed to get three Lodge cookware for less than my single Le Creuset expense. Cast iron is ideal for baking, roasting, steaming and stewing and the enamel finish makes cleaning easy. I could ditch my non-stick pans (which caused me health concerns) and only cook with much safer cast iron items. With proper care, I expect my children to inherit these…

Pros
  • Good for many
Cons
  • Too dumb

Quality Stock Pots

This oval-shaped pot from Lodge is sturdy, with a cast-iron body topped with fired, pristine porcelain ceramic. The color is beautiful and the device arrived well packaged in perfect condition. However, please note that the underside of the handles are not enamelled as stated in the instruction manual. The bottom of the handles are cast iron so take care not to chip the enamel on the edges and cure the exposed cast iron surfaces on the bottom of the handles before using this pot. You must dry…
