great paper for drawing, painting and art supplies

My 8 year old daughter is crazy about watercolor pencils. I took this paper and then copied some of her favorite pictures onto it, now she keeps painting on it with watercolors. Sometimes she colors the same picture five different ways! So much fun. They worked great in the copier when working through the thick paper feed.

Pros
  • Alles Klar!
Cons
  • Good but not great

I'm new to watercolor painting so take my review with caution. When I used this paper it seemed to unroll in little bits when it got pretty wet so I figured out how much water to use for this. Just not a smooth surface like we would like. I'll use whatever rest I have left, but I'll probably find another brand if I buy more paper.

Pros
  • 25 sheets
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

excellent watercolor paper

Two different types of watercolor paper: cold pressed and hot pressed. One has more structure, the other has less but still quality paper. I wanted the paper to be loose and not in a notepad, but the glue was light enough to push the pages up and away from them toward the spine of the book after removing the front cover, and then the pages ripped out just fine. Got this for my 3.5 year old grandson to put in our box for a rainy day, but I'm pretty sure the quality will be good enough for…

Pros
  • For beginners, beginners
Cons
  • No productivity

Very good paper at a great price

This paper is surprisingly thick and has a wonderful texture for the price. When I bought this (for my daughter) I expected it to be Crayola "watercolor paper". But after using it myself, I stole it from my daughter and gave her another watercolor pad I bought from a local art store that was of lesser quality (but around the same price!). This paper is not fine art quality. You wouldn't want to hang that up in a gallery. But for the hobbyist watercolor painter, this is a fantastic paper. That's
