Insights into customer journey at one place

The dashboard view of all active deals, deal stage wise progress.Insight about which are best suited lead source for particular target customers/marketing campaigns etc can be easily understood from this tool.The application has been developed keeping in mind user experience aspects only so it's not easy to use by new users or non technical people. Using LogiKLU Has Been Very Beneficial

The best part of logiklu is its ability to connect with several different platforms, so that it can be used across all departments in an organization. It also has a very good user interface which makes it easy to use. I am not too sure about the pricing aspect but I believe that it is worth considering. If you are looking for a tool which connects your CRM system with other channels like social media then logiklu is the right choice. We have been able to connect our salesforce with the logiklu

A great analytics platform for Social CRM

It has helped us create more targeted campaigns by analyzing our customer's buying behavior using real-time data from their social media profiles, thus helping in better targeting of prospects across channels like email/ SMS etc..It requires some technical knowledge so it could be difficult when you are not familiarized well enough about this tool (which I am also learning slowly).
