Discontinued due to obsolescence

I've had Harmony remotes for almost 20 years, but lately I've found that I don't need them anymore as I only have a few devices. And the only thing I used it for was turning on the TV and AV receiver. Harmony One was the best of them all. But now that I stream all my content through my TV, I no longer need a universal remote. End of an era.

Comprehensive remote control

Great remote but wish it had a slightly more premium feel without resorting to newer high end hubs that cost a lot more. Of course, Logitech used to sell such devices (Harmony One), but stopped doing so in recent years.

Works exactly like NIB, great value for money.

Logitech is discontinuing the Harmony range! You have a chance to pick up one of these beautiful remotes for about half the retail price before they all go away. Mine arrived brand new in a plain box with a USB cable and that was it. If you already have an old Harmony, you know how. to set this up and the Logitech app's online help is very well done, plus there is their online forum and YouTube videos that can provide all the answers you need. Get them while you can, Word to the Wise.

Well worth the setup

This remote can be customized using My Harmony desktop software. My first problem was easily solved - the remote wouldn't stay on, and replacing the batteries that came with it with new batteries from my own supply solved the problem. It's worth taking the time to use the help function on the remote control, and if all of your components don't work then just switch back to the desktop software and you'll find more options. I had to re-sync the remote with the software several times after…
