UPDATE: I was able to set up the mouse the way I wanted it using Logtech Options software (and fixed the Horizontol scrolling issue mentioned below). BUT, it won't persist through a reboot. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling/uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, keeping profiles online, and even creating my own startup task to launch Logitech Options on startup. None of this works.
