It was a great coat for winter, he loves it. We get so many compliments from people saying where did you get this coat from, it looks warm and they would love to have one for their child. London Fog has always been my favorite brand for quality coats etc.

My son wore this to school one day, one day the whole sleeve seems to be torn. If you tug on the seams a little, it already wants to unravel, it's not reinforced very well. Not worth the expensive price. Too bad because it's a nice thick jacket.

I was pleased to see the quality of this coat - stitching, strong zippers, detachable hood. It feels warm and comfortable. It does run small though - my 2.5 year old was too comfortable in it with a sweater underneath (ordered 3T). My son also has a hooded 'thing' so I liked that we were able to pull it off without too much fuss. This jacket was just what my grandson needed. It fits well and looks great. It offers good insulation to keep him warm without restricting his movements. He wears a size 8 so I ordered a coat in a 10/12. The arms are a bit long, but not enough to be an issue. We are glad.

Thick and warm for winter! We're in Michigan where winters can be harsh, this coat stands the test. Fits perfectly. It keeps you warm while we play snowballs and when we train at the ice rink. I read many reviews on Amazon before buying and will check this brand for another next winter. :)

My son is 11 years old. I have large 14/16. It seems more suitable for a 10/12 (or maybe an 8 year old). That's a lot less than I was hoping for. The jacket looks good, looks warm but will be returning due to sizing issues.

Poorly assembled. The velcro on the sleeve came undone even before he put it on. Thin semi-insulation inside. We sent it back as it wasn't warm enough for a winter jacket.

IMHO small. I ordered 14/16 hoping my 10 year old will be able to wear them again next fall. This jacket offers enough space to be worn with a sweatshirt. Even the arms weren't long at all.
