I love all the Loreal True Red shades! It was a great color but I decided it was too light for me and now I'm using Ruby. LOL I'm obviously not going to shoot the stars because that was my color choice. ;-) If you are looking for a nice bright red color, then this is perfect for you! I keep a hair mask handy because it dries out my hair, but after my hair has been well conditioned and I've used good products afterwards, my hair is back to normal.

I've been using the Chroma line for 5 years now and love it. I use it with developer 30 or 40 and a sharp nosed bottle and I can do my waist length hair in about 30 minutes. My hair is at least 36 inches from root to tip and requires 2 tubes and the same amount of developer. This product and brand will NEVER disappoint me! I've been buying this in various shades of red from Sally's Beauty for years and all I can say is you better embrace your desire for RED hair! Regardless of the existing color or virgin dark hair, you will get red hair with it! Another cool thing is that you can mix and match shades and create your own custom shade of red. I bought a Chroma Ruby from a seller here but it arrived damaged. I got my money back and bought the same thing elsewhere. I have dark brown hair with lots of dark red highlights that have faded over time. I longed for my red hair back. This color has proven itself well.
