Works like a brand

Very good price and works well like a brand. I used it with Mobi POS, I need to change the IP address for this printer to make it work.

BE PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF BUSINESS!

This was an inexpensive thermal receipt printer. It was easy to download and easy to connect. It was compact enough to fit under a shelf and performed exactly as the company described. Definitely recommend and buy again.

Printer met expectations

Bought this printer for my stationery store. The first printer had some issues but I reported it and the staff were friendly and replaced the first printer very quickly. I'm amazed how it's being done with all these COVID 19 issues. The new printer works as expected. Thank you for your prompt reply and delivery.

Printer even works with our old system

Let me tell you, we used to have these dot matrix printers. One of ours broke and became unusable and I was looking for a quick replacement. I dared and took a photo. Since then we haven't looked back. Prints fast, cuts paper and works with our legacy POS system. We will buy more when our old printers die. Excellent work!

Great printer at a great price

The receipt printer was packaged well and installing the Windows 10 driver was easy from the link in the product description (if you don't have an optical drive, use the disc that came with it). It prints very quickly and clearly with the Maid POS software I use and works with a 24v cash drawer, you just need to enter the code 27,112,0,50,250 (without commas) in your POS software's hardware setup screen To have the printer start the cash drawer at the end of the transaction.
