📏 Highly Accurate Lowrance Navico Fluid Level Sensor [000-11518-001] Review

Works with my Humminbird Solix 12s. Now I can read the % issued on board. Calibration is not required. Very easy installation. Plug & Play on the NMEA 2K backbone.

It literally took 5 minutes to connect to my tank and NMEA line. Worked great and I see no need for calibration as I have a USA compliant RTD.

Was looking for a Nema level adapter for my Garmin device. Installed in 5 minutes. Now I can read the fuel level on all Garmin devices at the same time. I am very happy with the sensor.

I used this level sensor to add to my n2k network to show fuel level on a graph. It can also be used for fresh water gauges, gray water or residential wells if you have a transmitter to plug into. I don't think you can use this with standard sensors at the same time.

Just hooked it up to the NMEA bus, wired it to the pink wire from the existing fuel tank transmitter and it worked. The initial fuel level was 88%, which is the amount of fuel used by the engine since the sensor was set to 100%. Calibration was not required. The data was immediately recognized by my EVO 3 MFD and the Honda digital sensor.

This liquid level sensor was very easy to install, I ran the wires in less than 15 minutes, crimped the connection to the Wemco 316 fuel sensor, hooked it up to the NMEA network and then Simrad configured NSS with tank information , and it read the correct fuel level in the tank, what a relief to see the fuel level visually on the MFD display! This Navico product gives me peace of mind when I go to sea. I also ordered it on Friday afternoon and received the box on Tuesday. Thank you Revan!
