I bought them for myself and my daughter. She absolutely loves it. It can be hard to put on or off, but they don’t hurt. I am comfortable with sleeping with them.

Exactly what I was looking for! They are very easy to use (as far internally threaded balls go). They are also very comfortable and don't get tangled in my hair. They are as advertised, 18g stainless steel, so not standard post size, which is why my ear is a little red in one picture.

Kinda weird that some of the designs are the side that screws. So, you have to put the earrings in backwards for the design to be in front, which doesn't work for my cart piercing.

Great just a little tricky getting the back to line up so it can be screwed on. I use them in my ears so I can leave them in while sleeping. I hadn't worn earring for many years and my holes partially closed up so I had to repierce them. These are great for leaving in all the time so I don't have to worry about my holes closing up on me again.

These are externally threaded, so they can be a little difficult to get in your ear and the ball was very difficult to get threaded on, but once they're on they don't go anywhere. I got these so I could sleep in my earrings and so far so good (I've slept in them for a week with no irritation and I can't feel them at night)

Very comfortable. Swapped out my piercings after a few weeks and the ball makes it extremely comfortable. My ears weren't fully healed but these were fine. I sleep alot more comfortably now 😊

I got these because I kept losing the backs of my more expensive earrings and going into a mild rage about it. So I opted for ones that screw in. These are complicated to put in originally but once you figure it out they are the best! I figured out that putting them in 'backwards' was incredibly helpful. These are great. I got tired of losing the backs to my earrings so I got these and they stay put very well. I can put them in when I am not wearing dangling earrings or something fancy and forget about them. They don't bother my ears and I don't lose them. Very great for low maintenance. I wish I had found these before I accidentally let a hole close from not wearing anything for months.

I love having earrings that are small that I can stack and wear all the time! These are so cute and dainty I can wear them with anything.

They are nicely made pieces. Beyond the quality I expected for the price. What i didn't like is the length. I got these for me and my old man. 6mm did not even go all the way through. They are snug on me, but not hateful. Bear in mind I'm only a 5'2 woman. And they were too short for my 12 year old. I REALLY like These pieces and I used them as a trying point to see what our family needed. MEASURE your ears! They also sell 8mm and 10mm!

Wanted something I could wear without having to remove them at night. I wanted to avoid the earrings jabbing my head while I slept. They’re extremely comfortable. I forget I’m wearing them most of the time.

I bought these for an infected upper cartilage ear piercing. I wanted something I could leave in and not have to worry about it poking me. I also like the varying sizes and two colors. These work quite well and seem as advertised (hypoallergenic steel) but with the balls on, the posts are a bit shorter than ordinary studs which is frustrating. I've had these in several piercings for a few days and haven't had any issues. I do recommend but if your piercing is swollen these probably won't work…

These are so awesome. I have extremely sensitive ears that close up if I have earrings out for more than a day (despite having had my ears pierced for 18 years) and these have caused me no irritation at all. I wear them 24/7 and have for about a month. My 4 and 5 year old goddaughters wear them too and they've also had no issues. Buy them!

Ended up getting repeats of the stars and plain studs. Did not get the hearts and one of the other designs. The packaging was also weird and not at all giftable. I see no purpose in returning this. I’ll just keep the extras to give as gifts.

I love the look and feel of these earrings as well as the weightpf them. Although a handful of them came in cross threaded. Completely unable to open.I am getting replacements in soon. Depending on how they are I will change my review from 1star to what seems necessary.
