Do not buy!: Protective gear

I was between medium and tall. I ordered a large one just in case. The chin guard literally touched my chin. It was heavy, tight and clunky. I've had better $50 helmets than this one. I will definitely come again.

See helmet size chart

I've been riding this helmet for a few months and am very happy with it. A bit noisy at 70 km/h, but not critical. My only complaint is the size. I'm new to bikes and haven't quite figured out how they fit when new. I thought it felt right, but I think it's just too tight. The sizing chart seems a bit small and if I hadn't ridden it a thousand miles or so I would have sent it back for the next size up - at this point I guess I'll just wait until I find a friend with a smaller head than Iโ€ฆ

Not recommended Best for motorcycles and powersports

Update: More wind noise was due to not folding the front panel all the way down, you have to push really hard to close it. When you unlock it and can barely see any space, it's known as the pendulum position. Obviously that's why it's not completely locked, but you can't see much space. that's a cool feature. However, I have to deduct 3 stars from this rating. When I took the bolster out all the bolster's wire was bent, the thing that holds it in the helmet so it's not easy to get it on andโ€ฆ
