Pairing both collars

Hello, I'm having trouble pairing the remote control with a collar of the same brand and instruction manual. Please help me!

Easy controller replacement.

Interchangeable remote control can be easily combined with two collars. They are ideal for a small and a medium-sized dog.

No response from manufacturer

This worked great for my dog but the collar works fine and I cannot contact the company. Warranty 1 year, bought in early March.

Great product best in basic collars

I love this item. Have been using it for years - very durable and easy to use. My husband keeps losing the remote (in his pocket or on the sofa cushion (huh?)) so we had to buy two more remotes. one, plus a backup. Set the collar to the noise tone. This makes our dog alert when he goes for a walk. The dog loves it too. The shock collar device could of course be smaller (thinner), but it's no bigger than others on the market.

Pros
  • basic collars
Cons
  • threadbare
