Description of πŸ”§ LUBE RnR ABSOLUTE DRY Lubricant 4oz

Made for Road Bikes. Cleans and lubricates simultaneously. The Absolute Dry from Rock 'n' Roll is their driest lube. It goes on thin, which means it penetrates deep into the rollers of the chain and picks up the least dirt. As you know, a clean chain lasts longer than a dirty chain. Rock 'n' Roll says they routinely get 8,000 miles on a single chain when using the Absolute Dry.

My favorite chain lube

This lube really extends the life of your chain. Dries on a chain and does not collect sand. I think sand is the main cause of chain wear!

Pros
  • Bike lube
Cons
  • Little things

This chain oil is definitely cool!

I like this lube for summer riding (I use a different product for wet winter riding). It seems to last a long time without attracting a lot of sand and dirt, and the chain is very quiet. I will buy again.

Pros
  • Bike tools and maintenance
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

Dry Weather Lubricant

I've been using this lube for almost ten years now. Extremely low rolling resistance and will last for a while before needing reapplication. In fact, it's only intended for dry conditions and mainly for road riding. For all other road applications or CX/MTBs I would go for the gold version. For the winter, the blue composition is best suited. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Crumpled Pack

Good for dry weather

I've been using their gold for a while but decided to give this one a try. It keeps the chain even cleaner than gold but doesn't last as long and the slightest bit of moisture will ruin it. Cleanliness is a big plus for me so I will continue to buy and use it, but if I foresee wet weather or not being able to service the bike that often I will use something else.

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • poorly designed
