Great price good quality

love it great price would definitely recommend. It has performed brilliantly on a few test reels I've rolled and held tension on the table well with the included design and hardware.

Pros
  • power
Cons
  • unreliable

Overall I love it! Makes my life easier.

I bought it to replace the lost one. Works well, serves its purpose. It's easy to use. For those who say they have a problem, I find it easiest to wrap with my left hand and the strand/ball is on the right holding constant tension with my hand. The guide ring is not designed to be used as a tensioner.

Pros
  • ball winder
Cons
  • exorbitant price

The best invention for yarn (and my nerves)!

The best I've spent in a long time! Goodbye yarn, hello nice neat cakes! Attach the center spool to the winder during initial installation. Mount the device on the edge of the table. I'm right-handed, so I laid my yarn on the right and wound the thread on the left. Pass the end of the line through the eyelet on the metal lever and attach it to the slots on the spool. Start wrapping with your right hand at a good, steady pace, holding the excess in your left hand with some tension. Boom.you did…

Pros
  • Braiding and weaving
Cons
  • Big and bulky
