This case is absolutely perfect for my UV 82. No more worrying about scratching it or dropping it. By far the best value for money. I only use one case, the shoulder strap is not crumpled yet. but who knows. The volume was not reduced at all. Easy to turn on and off. This is necessary to protect the radio.

This is a good heavy canvas bag, but the tether strap is too wide (and oddly knotted as others have pointed out). As a result, the radio does not fit exactly into the housing, but is pushed to the side. This does not affect the function of the case, but makes it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, value for money is good, but not perfect.
