Great Faucet Attachment for Industrial Needs!

This barrel faucet adapter has been a great addition to my material handling equipment. Industrial and Scientific use is no problem for this adapter. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that this product is sturdy and reliable. The only downside is that it may not be the most affordable option on the market. Overall, I recommend the Lumax LX 1726 Barrel Faucet Adapter for anyone in need of a long-lasting and efficient solution for drum and pail handling.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use.
Cons
  • May not fit all types of barrels.

Valve leaks badly

Not worth shipping and shipping is free. With the valve closed, he dumped a 50-gallon keg on the first day. The valve is badly leaking. I will definitely come again!

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

lose threads?

This is the third time I have bought these mixers. I use them to empty epoxy drums on very large commercial jobs. Drums are by no means cheap. Threads are lost a bit. Maybe a drum, maybe a faucet. Haven't tried any other faucet yet, so I'm not sure. Definitely a hassle tossing 50 gallons of resin on the side and relying on threaded taps to hold on to. They empty very quickly, so that's a big plus! 4/5 overall because I'm not sure if drums or mixers are lost.

Pros
  • drum and bucket processing equipment
Cons
  • unreliable
