Effective and Reliable Kitchen Tool

According to my experience the stainless steel cutting SLICES are an indispensable tool in my kitchen. They are easy to use and produce even slices every time, making meal prep a breeze. The boiled machine is also convenient, allowing me to cook perfectly boiled eggs every time. While the machine takes up a bit of space on my counter, it`s a small price to pay for the consistent results it delivers. .

Did not live up to the promised expectations. Broke after second use.

I was disappointed. it broke on the second use. I'm disappointed that I have to return before I can get a refund or replacement. I'll probably just throw it in the trash. No response from seller. The guarantee doesn't seem to be taken seriously. I don't understand Revane's lack of response either.
