Excellent cable, the jacket did not melt when soldering 1/2" connectors. Spools are cheap, mine unwound after one end came loose, but the quality of the wire more than made up for it.

I'm not an avid music lover, but I like my music to sound good. I have clip towers, subwoofers, surround sound, center regiment and Marantz receivers. The audio is just embarrassing to be there in person and two very loud parrots are to blame. his wire. It works.

Please note that this cable is NOT made of oxygen-free copper. This copper clad aluminum (CCA) cable is labeled "Oxygen Free" but it's a form of false advertising to trick you into thinking you're getting copper cable. Also, it seems very thin for a 14ga cable, it could be a coating, I have no way of measuring it, but the other 14ga speaker cable I have is much thicker.

So I bought this late afternoon because I wanted full, oxygen-free copper. Amazing price for 250ft right? Now, while this company advertises its "oxygen-free material," not a single ad says anything about what a "polarized conductive" material is. How/why did they miss it?!?!? So either the company's advertising department is completely incompetent to forget to say that this is a copper wire. OR an ad trying its best to SOUND LIKE copper speaker wire. Which would be a complete scam in my books.
