Essential M.2 SSD Screw 🔩 Kit for Optimal Fit on ASUS Motherboards Review

I was looking for a replacement gasket and screw for the PS5 M2 NVME drive so I got the AVE-002 kit and can confirm the screws are too small are. So if you are looking for PS5 screws, DO NOT buy the AVE-002. I think next time I'll try the AVE-003 kit, see if it works and report back. EDIT - I can confirm that the AVE-003 kit comes with a gasket and screw that fits PS5

They are so small and my hands are medium or large so it's hard for me to hold them. I have a magnetizer so the screwdriver can hold the screw while I line it up with the hole. Manufacturers need to invent a clamp that doesn't use screws. By then there will be a market for extra screws.

I finally bought these because my M2 SSD ready motherboard didn't come with standoffs and mounting screws. I had no trouble installing and mounting the M2 SSD and my computer was up and running in minutes. I was also amazed that my Win 10 installation was completed in a few minutes, except for some miner settings for the system. This kit works great.

Glad I found the mounting screws for the heatsink and SSD as SONY didn't ship any of these with the PlayStation. Went with the AVE-003 package which gives you many sizes and options. Fits perfectly and holds the heatsink/SSD securely in place. Also, it gives it a slightly eye-catching look as the mount is gold plated.
